PREPARATION SUGGESTIONS
1. Microwave: Place the leg in its bag in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power. Another option is to let it warm up until the juice is liquid.
2. Oven: Cut open the bag and separate the juice into a saucepan. Place the leg on an oven tray, preferably on a rack with a regular tray underneath, and place in a preheated oven at 250oC for 10-12 minutes.
3. Saucepan: Heat the previously reserved juice over low heat and drizzle over the suckling pig. Serve with a garnish to taste.
