Leg of suckling lamb roasted in its own juices. Vacuum packed. Ready to heat in the oven.

PREPARATION SUGGESTIONS

1. Microwave: Place the leg in its bag in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power. Another option is to let it warm up until the juice is liquid.

2. Oven: Cut the bag and separate the juice into a saucepan. Place the leg on the oven tray, preferably on a rack with a normal tray underneath, and place it in the preheated oven at 250oC for 10-12 minutes.

3. Casserole: Heat the previously reserved juice over low heat and pour over the suckling pig. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
