Scallops in Brine Premium (Can RR-125)

Though very similar to scallops, queen scallops are a different species and are smaller in size.

Natural queen scallops are selected by size, cooked, shelled, and manually eviscerated. Once washed, they are artisanally packed by size and accompanied by a broth made with natural ingredients and according to a traditional recipe. They are then sealed and sterilized.

The processing, handling, and obtention of the final product are carried out in compliance with current hygiene and sanitary regulations as well as good handling practices throughout the entire process. A self-control system and critical point monitoring (HACCP) are implemented throughout the entire process.
