Pork cheeks (or carrilleras, as they are also known) are one of the meat dishes that have allowed pork to secure a place alongside veal or beef in our most traditional cuisine. We cook them slowly, allowing the meat to "fall apart" easily. We prefer to use white pork rather than Iberian pork (the latter has much more fat), and we stew them with a splash of red wine.

Pork cheek (55.7%), onion, meat broth (water, chicken and pork bones, leek, onion, carrot, and turnip), tomato sauce (tomato, onion, carrot, leek, extra virgin olive oil, sugar, red pepper, green pepper, turnip, garlic, salt, paprika), red wine (5.2%), carrot, turnip, extra virgin olive oil, corn flour, garlic, salt, sugar, white pepper. May contain traces of SULPHITES.
