Carnaroli Rice Selection

Instructions for use:

1. Shake the 820g can (10/12 servings).
2. Dilute the can of stock with 3 cans of water (using the same can) in a pot, bring to a boil, and set aside.
3. Sauté your choice of ingredients (meats, vegetables, etc.) in the paella pan.
4. Pour the diluted stock into the paella pan.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat, add the rice (1000g), stir to distribute evenly, and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes.
6. Reduce to medium heat and cook for approximately 15-16 minutes.
