Carnaroli Rice Selection

Instructions for use:

1. Shake 820g can (10/12 servings).
2. Dilute the can of stock with 3 cans of water (using the same container) in a pot, bring to a boil, and set aside.
3. In the paella pan, sauté ingredients of your choice (fish, seafood, etc.).
4. Pour the diluted stock into the paella pan.
5. Bring to a boil over high heat (flame/stovetop) and add the rice (1000g), shake to distribute evenly, and cook over high heat for 2/3 minutes.
6. Reduce to medium heat and cook for approx. 15/16 minutes.
